Starting to Prep for the upcoming Season 💪

Welcome to the second blog of this year, readers! Today Matthew was working on wiring the encoders for the robot. Tori and Ayesha decided to take a leap of faith, and work with Matthew on wiring the robot. Tori and Matthew took off the bumpers. Although this was challenging they powered through it, and were able to do it with success. Today Alex also worked on coding for the swerve. Even though Alex was with the Lower Schoolers helping them code the legos robots, he continued to work on the Swerve Cart. For the Swerve Cart he was able to input from the controller, and was able to simulate the Swerve Drive. Now he is currently working on making the code work on the physical robot. Also today Ben worked on the supercart. He added some of the metal to it with the help of the seniors as well, and helped with disassembling old robot parts. Alex also introduced Ben to the code for the swerve module. The team worked very well together today, and helped the newer members get more familiar with the code, and the building aspects. They worked together seamlessly by combining each member’s unique strengths. The electrical team focused on the encoders. The programmers worked efficiently to help build up swerve. Team leaders had great communication skills with the newer members, ensuring that everyone was aligned and any issues were quickly addressed. This collaborative approach allowed them to adapt and innovate, ensuring the project’s success.
